How do I withdraw funds from my vault?

Withdrawal of funds from your vault takes only a few clicks, and you can do so directly from your user profile.

  1. Go to the “Vault” section in your user dashboard.
  2. Click “Initiate a withdrawal”.
  3. Enter a receiving crypto address or select a wallet from the drop down menu.
  4. Confirm the withdrawal and after we perform a thorough investigation we will initiate a transfer from your vault to the provided address.
Keep in mind that the withdraw process undergoes a 48-hour verification period, during which you may receive a call from one of our employees for confirmation.
For security reasons this period cannot be shortened or avoided.

Please note that you can store only the type of cryptocurrency corresponding to the type of your cold storage wallet.

DO NOT send Bitcoin to an Ethereum or Litecoin address and vice versa.
Otherwise YOUR FUNDS CANNOT BE RESTORED.

Withdrawing from your cold storage wallet is subject to a commission of 0.2% of the withdrawn amount.
